Limited Warranty — Manufacturer Defects Only
This policy applies only where a Best Seedling product page, invoice, or manufacturer document expressly provides written warranty coverage. Best Seedling LLC is the retailer and is not the manufacturer unless expressly stated otherwise.
What Is Covered
Coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship confirmed by the manufacturer and arising during normal, intended use within the stated warranty period. If a product is advertised with a two-year manufacturer parts warranty, that coverage is parts-only unless the controlling manufacturer document expressly states otherwise.
Available Remedy
The manufacturer may, at its discretion, authorize repair or replacement of a confirmed defective part. Warranty approval does not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund, replacement machine, upgraded component, or reimbursement of labor or transportation.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear, consumables, maintenance items, filters, fluids, hoses, belts, seals, tires, tracks, teeth, blades, batteries, bulbs, or cosmetic deterioration;
- Labor, diagnostics, travel, pickup, delivery, freight, towing, equipment rental, downtime, loss of use, lost revenue, or project delay;
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, overload, improper operation, neglected maintenance, contaminated fuel or fluids, improper storage, corrosion, weather, theft, vandalism, or fire;
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, altered safety systems, improper installation, or use of incompatible attachments or parts;
- Damage occurring during customer-arranged transportation or after delivery acceptance;
- Any condition that is not confirmed as a defect in materials or workmanship.
Claim Requirements
Stop using equipment if continued operation could cause damage or create a safety risk. Contact Best Seedling promptly and provide the invoice, serial number, operating hours, maintenance records, description of the issue, and requested photographs or video. Do not perform warranty repairs or order reimbursable work without written authorization.
Manufacturer Decision
Coverage and remedy are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s written terms and claim approval. Best Seedling will provide reasonable claim assistance but cannot guarantee manufacturer approval.
Legal Rights
Except for the limited written coverage expressly provided, Best Seedling disclaims other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. This paragraph does not exclude or limit any implied warranty, consumer protection, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. State law may provide additional rights.
