Order Cancellations Before Shipment or Pickup
If Best Seedling approves cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped or been collected, a cancellation/restocking fee equal to the greater of 3% of the transaction amount or $45 will be deducted from the refund.
If shipping, freight, handling, special-order, payment-processing, preparation, storage, or other third-party costs have already been incurred, those amounts may also be non-refundable and deducted in addition to the cancellation fee. Best Seedling will identify applicable charges during cancellation review.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable after seven days. Refunds approved within that period will have non-refundable card-processing charges and any other incurred non-refundable costs deducted. Orders must be fully paid and collected within 10 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to collect may result in forfeiture of the deposit and release of the product for resale.
Returns
Returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Heavy machinery and powered equipment, except for an approved warranty claim or written exception;
- Special-order, custom, modified, installed, used, damaged, or incomplete products;
- Opened consumables, electrical components, fluids, filters, wear items, and safety-related components;
- Products damaged by improper handling, storage, installation, transport, or use.
Returned Merchandise Restocking Fee
Approved physical returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless Best Seedling agrees otherwise in writing. This return fee is separate from the pre-shipment cancellation fee described above.
Shipping Damage
Inspect every shipment at delivery. Visible damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading. Notify Best Seedling within five days and provide photographs, documentation, and part numbers where applicable.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at Best Seedling’s discretion and subject to applicable law. Bank and card processing times are outside Best Seedling’s control.
