These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of BestSeedling.com, operated by Best Seedling LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and all policies linked from them.
1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, verification, and final accounting review. Best Seedling may correct errors or cancel an order before fulfillment and will refund amounts paid for any order it cancels.
2. Pricing, Taxes and Delivery
Prices may change without notice and exclude taxes, freight, delivery, installation, accessories, and other charges unless expressly stated. Sales tax shown online may be an estimate and is subject to final review. Pickup and delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
3. Product Information
Photographs, specifications, dimensions, weights, included equipment, compatibility information, and availability are provided in good faith but may change. Buyers must confirm critical specifications, intended use, and attachment compatibility before purchase.
4. Deposits and Payment
Reservation deposits are governed by the deposit terms displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders must be fully paid and collected within the stated period. Card, wire-transfer, and other payment options may be limited by product or transaction type.
5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
All cancellations, returns, fees, and non-refundable costs are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated into these Terms.
6. Limited Warranty
Warranty coverage is limited to the written coverage expressly offered for the applicable product and is governed by our Limited Warranty Policy and any controlling manufacturer documentation.
7. Safe Operation
Equipment must be operated, transported, serviced, and maintained by qualified persons in accordance with the manufacturer’s manuals, warnings, and applicable law. The buyer is responsible for jobsite assessment, operator training, maintenance, permits, and safe use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Seedling LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including downtime, loss of use, lost profits, rental equipment, or project delays. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
