Local Pickup
Pickup may be available at a Best Seedling location confirmed on the order. Inventory and pickup location must be confirmed before travel. Washington sales tax applies to local pickup based on the applicable pickup location.
Third-Party Delivery
Heavy-equipment delivery is arranged through an independent carrier or a carrier selected by the customer. Freight is quoted and billed separately unless expressly included. Best Seedling LLC must be listed as the shipper on the Bill of Lading.
Out-of-State Delivery Documentation
Out-of-state tax treatment is subject to final accounting review and applicable law. A valid Bill of Lading, delivery documentation, and proof of delivery outside Washington may be required. The customer remains responsible for any use tax, registration, permits, or other obligations imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Risk, Inspection and Claims
Inspect the shipment at delivery and note visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s receipt before signing. Carrier delays and damage claims are handled under the carrier’s terms, with reasonable assistance from Best Seedling.
Non-Refundable Freight Costs
Freight, redelivery, storage, liftgate, residential-delivery, address-correction, cancellation, and other carrier charges already incurred may be non-refundable.
