IN-STORE RETURNS
You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
Please ensure you have the original receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip along with a valid photo I.D.
ONLINE RETURNS / ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Online returns must include the original packing slip and be in unused, original packaging as delivered.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees to return items to Best Seedling LLC.
- Returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Certain items are non-returnable unless defective or agreed upon prior to purchase. These include:
- Heavy Machinery (e.g., Mini Excavators, Mini Skid Steers, Mini Wheel Loaders)
- Mobile Saunas (Banyas)
Unless it is unpacked and in an original package - Cabins or Structures Unless it is unpacked and in an original package
- Custom orders or personalized items
- Items that are damaged, abused, or missing parts/accessories
SHIPPING & DAMAGE POLICY
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the delivery driver.
Contact us within 5 days to report missing parts or damage.
For damaged items, email us at sales@bestseedling.com with photos, a description of the issue, and part numbers if applicable.
RESTOCKING FEES
A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returned item.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
If you notice manufacturing defects or damage during delivery:
- Note damage on the delivery receipt and accept the package.
- Inspect all parts immediately and compile a list of damaged or missing items.
- Email us at sales@bestseedling.com with the part numbers, photos, and a description of the issue.
REFUND PAYMENT METHODS
Refunds may be issued via:
- Credit back to the original payment method
- Check (allow up to 15 business days)
- In-store credit
